摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗各种原因所致桡神经陈旧性离断伤的临床疗效。方法对2007-2012年该院收治的21例陈旧性桡神经离断伤患者进行回顾性研究,采用中华医学会手外科学会上肢周围神经功能评定试用标准判定术后患者肢体功能恢复情况。结果本组21例患者术后随访时间2-4年,采用神经吻合或神经移植术后其功能优良率按照桡神经功能评定标准均在80‰以上。结论神经损伤的修复,原则上越早越好;对于错过早期手术时机的桡神经陈旧性损伤,采用显微外科手术技术予以修复,亦可取得较为理想的疗效,是治疗该类损伤的一种可行而合理的方法。【Objective】To investigate the method and effect of surgical treatment for the old transaction injury of radial nerve. 【Methods】Using the upper peripheral nerve function assessment criteria of Chinese Medical Society of Hand Surgery, 21 cases of radial nerve transection injury, who were admitted to our hospital from 2007 to 2012,were retrospectively studied. 【Results】After the adoption of nerve anastomosis or transplantation, the 21 patients were followed up for 2-4 years. The excellent rate of radial nerve function was more than 80‰ in accordance with the evaluation criteria.【Conclusions】In principle, the sooner the nerve damage is repaired the better. If early timing of surgery is missed, old injury of radial nerve can be repaired by microsurgical technique with an ideal effect.This technique is a viable and reasonable approach for the treatment of such injuries.
