梁冰治疗骨髓增生异常综合征经验

摘　　要：针对骨髓增生异常综合征不同于急性白血病的疾病特点,梁冰教授认为,本病是"因虚致病、因病致毒"的过程,病因根本是"正虚",不同分期"正""邪"盛衰不同。在治疗上首推扶正,以参芪四物汤健脾补肾活血,并结合临床分期及中医辨证施以祛邪药物。Aiming at the characteristics of myelodysplastic syndrome different from acute leukemia, LIANG 15mg holds that the disease is the process of ＂pathogenesis is deficiency, and poison due to the disease＂, the original pathogenesis is ＂weakened body resistance＂ and ＂defensive-Qi＂ and ＂evil-Qi＂ rise and fall in different stages. In treatment, he firstly recommends strengthening the body resistance, using ＂Shenqi Siwu Tang （参芪四物汤）＂ to tonify spleen and kidney and invigorate the circulation of blood, and combined using with drugs of eliminating evil-factors according to the clinical stages and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine .
