摘　　要：中国纸业当前形势如何？中国造纸行业在“一带一路”走出去大布局下战略可行性有哪些？现阶段我国造纸行业围绕着“收缩”、“分化”、“变革”，该如何发展？中国轻工业信息中心副主任郭永新先生在全国工商联纸业商会召开的“‘一带一路’战略与造纸行业走出去研讨会”上的发言，对未来中国纸业的发展，提出了几个关键点并做了分析。How is the current situation of China paper industry? What is the strategic feasibility of China paper industry under the big layout of 'one belt and one road'? how to develop of China paper industry in the current stage? Guo Yongxin, the vice director of China Light Industry Information Center, put forward several key points and gave his further analysis on these points about the further development of China paper industry in his speech in the seminar of 'one belt and one road' held by China Paper and Pulp Industry Chamber of Commerce.
