豆酪素在涂布纸涂料中的应用

摘　　要：研究了涂料配方中豆酪素替代部分羧基丁苯胶乳对铜版纸涂料性能及其成纸指标的影响。结果显示:豆酪素按1∶2的比例替代部分丁苯胶乳后,涂料黏度上升,可以降低增稠剂用量,有利于降低成本;同时涂料保水效果有所改善,有利于上机使用。豆酪素的使用能改善涂布纸的光泽度、油墨吸收性和印刷性能,但豆酪素对涂布纸IGT表面强度有不利影响,当豆酪素用量为2份时,涂布纸IGT表面强度降低了约20%。综合分析,在保证涂布纸主要指标的前提下,豆酪素用量最多为1.5份。Soybean casein was used to replace a part of styrene-butadiene latex in coating colors, and the inlfuence of soybean casein on the properties of coating colors and coated papers were studied. The results show that the viscosity and moisture-preserving of coating were improved after soybean casein replace a part of styrene-butadiene latex by 1：2. And the glossiness, ink absorbency and printability of coated paper were improved. But the soybean casein effects the IGT surface strength of coated paper adversely. Soybean casein can replaced about 30% styrene-butadiene latex at most, for insuring the properties of coating paper.
