摘  要:涠洲11-1油田2井区L3Ⅲ油组是一个地层饱和压差小、弱边水、中高渗的异常高压油藏,储层倾角约27°,油藏整体开发方案(ODP)制定了边部早期注水保压开发、自喷开采的策略。针对开发方案实施后地质油藏特征发生变化,边部储层厚度增加,物性变差,高部储层变薄,物性略变好的问题,通过油藏工程分析和数值模拟方案比选,提出了将边部注水井改为采油井,在油藏腰部和边部各增加一口注水井的调整方案,预计可提高油藏9%的采收率。实施后效果评价显示,油藏腰部的注水井能量补充效果显著,自喷采油井井底流压明显回升,日产量提高近75%,目前采出程度已达到31%,预计最终采收率可达到38.33%。结果说明,高倾角油藏实施腰部位注水效果好,这对同类油藏的开发具有重要借鉴意义。The L3 III group in 2#district of Weizhou 11-1oilfield is an abnormal high pressure high permeability reservoir with small formation saturation pressure difference,weak edge water and a dip angle about 27°. The strategy of early pressure maintenance production by water flooding and natural flow exploitation for edge part was made by reservoir Overall Development Plan( ODP). Based on the changes of reservoir characters after implementation of development strategy and reservoir simulation,the adjustment scheme of changing water injection well at edge into producing well and adding water injection well both for waist and edge was proposed. Moreover,9% of oil recovery is expected to be improved. The application results of the adjustment scheme showed that good energy supplement response had been observed and it had shown that daily production increases by 75%,the current recovery was 31%,and the ultimate recovery could reach up to 38. 33%. In this way,it could be concluded that water flooding at waist could bring up good results for exploitation,and it had great significance for the development of similar reservoirs.
