摘  要:根据植物胶压裂液的交联机理、破胶方法,开展了植物胶压裂液非降解性破胶方法研究。通过降低植物胶稠化剂分子量、应用高密度型交联剂使得压裂液的交联增强,同时利用有机破胶剂及化学平衡原理实现了XZWJ植物胶非降解性破胶。实验结果表明,XZWJ植物胶压裂液返排液黏度约为9 m Pa·s,压裂液鲜液(0.5%)与返排液以2∶8比例进行混合,再加入相关添加剂XJL-2、YBJL-1、KWJ-1后耐温可达87℃,并在80℃时剪切1h后,黏度均保持在70 m Pa·s以上。在旗X井组进行了现场试验,实现了压裂液的回收再利用,减少了水资源的浪费,降低了环境的伤害,达到了节能减排的效果。Based on the crosslinking mechanism and gel-breaking method of the vegetable gum fracturing fluid,the non-degradable gel-breaking methods of vegetable gum fracturing fluid were studied. The non-degradable gel-breaking of XZWJ vegetable gum fracturing fluid was realized by reducing the molecular weight of the fracturing thickening agent,using high density crosslinking agents and organic gel breaker. The experimental results showed that the flowback fluids viscosity of XZWJ vegetable gum fracturing fluid was about 9m Pa·s,when0. 5% fracturing fluid and flowback fluids mixed as ratio of 2 ∶8,and adding additional relevant additive XJL-2,YBJL-1and KWJ-1,then the mixed fluid could be tolerant temperature up to 87℃,and after shearing( 80℃,1h),the viscosity of fracturing fluid is also maintained in about 70 m Pa·s. Field test were carried out in 016-38 well groups,and the purpose of fracturing fluid cyclic utilization was achieved and environment pollution was reduced.
