香菇菌多糖联合左西替利嗪治疗人工荨麻疹39例临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察香菇菌多糖片联合左西替利嗪片治疗人工荨麻疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法随机将入选的77例人工荨麻疹患者分为对照组（38例）和治疗组（39例）。全部患者每晚口服左西替利嗪片5 mg，同时治疗组还予香菇菌多糖片15 mg 口服，2次/ d。疗程均为4周，分别于治疗前后及治疗结束后第8周随访。结果治疗组治疗4周后症状体征评分明显低于对照组，治疗有效率明显高于对照组，复发率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P 均﹤0.05）。结论香菇菌多糖联合左西替利嗪治疗人工荨麻疹安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical effect and security of lentinus edodes mycelia polysacharide combined with levocetirizine in the treatment of 39 cases of factitious urticaria. Methods Seventy-seven patients with factitious urticaria were randomly divided into two groups. Conbination-therapy group received lentinus edodes mycelia polysacharide and levocetirizine for 4 weeks. Control group merely received levocetirizine. The symptoms and signs of the patients in the two groups were evaluated before treatment,after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment respectively. Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the symptomatic scores of factitious urticaria in combination-therapy group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the effective rate of combined-therapy was significantly higher than that of the control group. In addition,at 8 weeks after treatment the recurrence rate of combination-therapy group was also significantly lower than the control group,the differences were significant（P ﹤0. 05）between the two groups. Conclusions Lentinus edodes mycelia polysacharide combined with levocetirizine may be effective and safe treatment for the patient with factitious urticaria.
