腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的：了解腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术的临床治疗效果。方法对济源市第二人民医院2012年3月至2014年3月收治的行子宫切除术治疗的妇科患者进行抽样，选取64例患者随机分成两组，对照组实施常规腹腔镜子宫切除术，实验组推行腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术，观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果实验组排气时间、手术时间、术中出血量[（19.20±3.10）h，（82.65±9.91）min，（122.34±32.35）ml]均优于对照组[（26.76±4.54）h，（91.57±10.21）min，（134.10±29.98）ml]，且并发症发生率（15.63%）明显低于对照组（43.75%），差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论针对妇科疾病治疗而言，腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术具有至关重要的应用价值，疗效确切，安全性高，值得临床积极推广与使用。Objective To understand the clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy. Methods From March 2012 to March 2014,sixty-four patients with gynecologic disease underwent hysterectomy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received the routine laparoscopic hysterectomy and the experimental group received laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy,and the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The exhaust time,time of operation,amount of bleeding in experiment group[（19. 20 ± 3. 10）h,（82. 65 ± 9. 91）min, （122. 34 ±32. 35）ml]was better than that of the control group[（26. 76 ± 4. 54）h,（91. 57 ± 10. 21）min,（134. 10 ± 29. 98）ml],and the incidence of complications（ 15. 63% ） was significantly lower than that of the control group （43. 75% ）,the differences were significant（P ﹤0. 05）. Conclusions For gynecological diseases,clinical application value of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy is crucial with high safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
