摘　　要：目的：观察行经皮冠状动脉支架手术患者术后不良反应情况，探讨护理干预对术后不良反应的影响。方法回顾性分析平顶山市第二人民医院2011年8月至2013年8月收治的152例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者的临床资料，均行经皮冠状动脉支架植入手术，观察患者术后恶心呕吐、尿潴留、腹胀、血肿、心律失常、心肌梗死等不良反应情况。同时将发生不良反应的患者实施综合性护理，观察护理后结果。结果本组152例患者，术后发生不良反应33例，占21.7%。经实施综合护理后28例得到恢复，有效恢复率84.8%，3例因其他并发症转为 ICU，2例因抢救无效死亡。结论腰酸腹胀、尿潴留、低血压等一般性不良反应和心律失常、心肌梗死等心脏关联性不良反应是行冠状动脉支架手术后临床较为常见的不良反应。针对不良反应实施针对性的护理干预，并将护理扩展到手术全程，有助于显著减少并发症的发生率，促进术后康复。Objective To observe the postoperative adverse reactions in patients underwent percutaneous coronary stent surgery,and investigate the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative adverse reactions. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 152 cases of coronary artery disease treated in the second people’s hospital of Pingdingshan from August 2011 to August 2013,they all received percutaneous coronary stent implantation surgery,postoperative nausea and vomiting,urinary retention,bloating,hematoma,cardiac arrhythmias,myocardial infarction and other adverse reactions were observed. The patients who had adverse reactions received implementing comprehensive care,the results after care were observed. Results There were 33 cases with postoperative adverse reactions in 152 patients,accounting for 21. 7% . After the implementation of integrated care,28 cases had been restored,the effective recovery rate was 84. 8% , three cases went into ICU due to other complications,2 cases died because the rescue were invalid. Conclusions Backache,abdominal distension,urinary retention,low blood pressure and other general adverse reactions and cardiac arrhythmias,myocardial infarction and other cardiac related clinical adverse reactions are more common line of adverse reactions after coronary stenting. Implementation targeted for adverse reactions nursing intervention and care extended to the whole operation,helps to significantly reduce the incidence of complications and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
