摘  要:以碘化法制备的结晶铪为研究对象,分别利用沉积增重法、光学显微镜、显微硬度仪、电感耦合等离体发射光谱仪等研究了碘化过程中K值对结晶铪的沉积速度、微观组织、显微硬度以及杂质含量的影响。结果表明:碘化制备的结晶铪晶粒尺寸均较大(>1 mm),试验温度范围内,随着K值的增加,结晶铪沉积速度明显增加、晶粒尺寸增大;碘化制备的结晶铪棒硬度均较低(HV average<1600 MPa),且随着K值增加结晶铪棒的显微硬度降低;碘化法制备的结晶铪棒杂质含量低,随着K值增加结晶棒中Fe、Ni等金属杂质含量降低。Crystal bar hafnium prepared by the iodide process was studied.The influences of K value on deposition rate of crystal bar hafnium, microstructure, microhardness and the contents of impurity were investigated by deposition weight method, optical microscope, microhardness tester and inductive coupling plasma emission spectrometer, respectively.Results show that the grain size is bigger for crystal bar hafnium by iodide process.Both the deposition rate and the grain size of crystal bar hafnium increase with the increasing K value within the test temperature range.All the microhardness of hafnium rods are lower(HV average〈1600 MPa), and get smaller with the K value rising.The contents of impurity are lower in hafnium rods.The impurity contents of Fe and Ni in the hafnium crystal bar decrease with the higher K value.
