摘 要:为获得奥利康锥齿轮机床调整误差对齿面误差的影响规律,提出了一种齿形误差分析方法。首先建立了奥利康锥齿轮展成加工基本数学模型,研究了齿面数值求解与齿面误差计算方法;通过建立加工参数误差与齿面误差的映射关系,定性地分析了机床加工参数误差对齿面误差的影响趋势;借助二阶曲面对齿面误差的近似表达,通过求解齿面误差各阶影响系数,定量地分析了加工参数误差对齿面误差的影响权重。这将为奥利康制锥齿轮齿面接触区调整及齿面修正提供理论指导。In order to acquire the influence law between machine setting errors and tooth surface 'errors of Oerlikon bevel gears, a method of tooth form errors analysis was proposed. Firstly the generating processing mathematical model was established, and the solution method for numerical surface and tooth surface errors was studied; by establishing the mapping relation between machine setting errors and tooth surface errors, the influence trend of machine setting errors on tooth surface errors was analyzed qualitatively; by approximate expression for tooth surface errors with second order surface, the influence factors of tooth surface errors were solved, and the influence degree of machine setting errors on tooth surface errors was analyzed quantitatively. This will provide theoretical guidance for tooth contact area adjustment and tooth flank correction of Oerlikon bevel gears.
