摘 要:随着石油、天然气工业的迅速发展和这些丰富资源的日益减少,国外油气开采公司往往采用撬装化工厂进行油气的开采加工,撬装化工厂的基本原理是将完成一些功能的单元模块化集成到一个类似集装箱的撬上,便于工厂建设、搬迁、运输。使用撬装化,使一些只有3-5年的开采周期的小型或贫气田也有了经济效益。撬装往往一个地区制造,在另一个地区使用,要求撬装能够能满足运输,吊装,运行等工况,而吊装工况往往是在变化较大的情况下产生的,这些工况比较复杂,所以,研究撬装框架在一定的吊装工况下结构计算和分析有着很重要的意义,参考加拿大Propak公司的设计规定,对撬装框架研究在其吊装工作情况下的结构分析,同时能够整理出一套系统性的计算方法和评判标准,供大家参考使用,为更好的撬装结构设计提供了帮助。Nowadays, oil and natural gas industry are booming. However, those abundant resources are decreasing day by day. Under this circumstance, companies which dedicate themselves to exploring and drilling oil and natural gas are getting more and more accustomed to applying skid-mounted system to conduct their businesses. The basic theory of skid-mounted system is to modularize each functioning unit all together onto an object resembles container in order to make it convenient for factory construction, relocation as well as transportation. By this method, it makes it possible for those gas fields whose production cycle only last for 3 to 5 years along with those gas fields with low production to make a profit. Skid-mounted system is usually manufactured in one place and used in another. It should meet the requirements under all the working environments including transportation, hoisting and functioning. However, the situation of hoisting is so complex that the structural calculation and analysis under this situation is of great importance. It has been referred to the designing requirements of Propak Corp in Canada By analyzing the structure of skid-mounted system under the working environment of hoisting, figuring out a whole set of calculations and standards, and it can help the designing of skid-mounted system.
