斜齿轮及斜齿变位齿轮的参数化建模

摘　　要：为了快速精确地设计斜齿轮,提出了两种不同的建模方法,利用计算机辅助设计对其建模理论及几何参数进行了详细分析,将涉及到的参数,如模数、齿数、螺旋角、变位系数以及几何关系表达式存为Excel文件格式,导入到航空工业通用的软件CATIA,设计了斜齿轮以及斜齿变位齿轮的参数化CAD模型,并进行了建模精度分析。结果表明,该方法建模精度高,非常方便,设计的模型,只要改变相关参数,就可以快速获得准确的CAD模型,为后续的数字化装配以及数控加工提供了依据。In order to design of helical gear quickly and accurately, two different kinds of modeling method is proposed, computer aided design has been carried on the detailed analysis of its modeling theory and geometric parameters ,the parameters related to the modulus, tooth number, helical angle, displacement coefficient and the expression of geometry relation are saved to the excel file format, imported to aviation industry general software CATIA, precisely designed parameterized CAD model of the helical gear and variable helical gear, modeling precision is analyzed. The results show that this method is high modeling accuracy, and it is very convenient, just changes the relevant parameters, it will be fast access to CAD model, which provide the basis for subsequent digital assembly and NC machining.
