摘 要:为了降低发泡法结合凝胶注模制备氧化铝多孔陶瓷的烧后线收缩率,提高高温力学性能,在原料中引入Si O2微粉,研究了Si O2微粉加入量(质量分数分别为0、5%、10%、15%、20%)对1 650℃烧后试样的线收缩率、加热永久线变化率(1 650℃10 h)和力学性能的影响,并分析显微结构和相组成的变化。结果表明:随着Si O2微粉加入量的增加,试样的烧后线收缩率和加热永久线收缩率逐渐减小;1 650℃烧后试样主晶相为刚玉和莫来石相;当Si O2微粉的加入量为15%(w)时,烧后试样的显微结构较为致密且具有较高的常温力学性能及抗折强度保持率。In order to reduce the linear shrinkage after firing and enhance the hot mechanical properties, SiO2 micropowder was introduced to prepare porous AI203 ceramics by foaming-gel casting. Influences of SiO2 micropowder additions (0,5 %, 10%, 15 %, and 20% by mass) on linear shrinkage after firing, perma- nent change in dimensions on heating (1 650 ℃,10 h),and mechanical properties of the specimens fired at 1 650 ℃ were studied. The microstructure and phase composition were analyzed. The results show that: with SiO2 micropowder addition increasing,the linear shrinkage after firing and permanent change in di- mensions on heating decrease gradually;after fired at 1 650 ℃,the main phases of the specimens were corundum and mullite;when the SiO2 micropowder addition is 15% ,the microstructure of the specimens becomes dense and the specimens have good mechanical properties at room temperature and high retention ratio of modulus of rupture.
