摘　　要：综述了国内外近年来热压铸、热浸镀行业浸液零部件用非铁基耐铝/锌熔蚀材料的研究现状,包括难熔金属合金、金属间化合物、陶瓷以及复合材料。总结了各类耐蚀材料的性能特点及应用前景,并对各材料在熔融金属中的抗蚀机制进行了讨论;同时结合铝/锌工业的应用环境及发展,指出了耐铝/锌浸液熔蚀材料的研究方向。The recent research achievements of aluminum/zinc-resistant nonferrous materials for immersion parts of die-casting and hot-galvanizing industry were summarized,including refractory metals and alloys, intermetallic compounds,ceramics and composites. The characteristics and application prospects of these materials were introduced, and the corrosion resistance mechanisms of these materials in molten metal were discussed. According to the development and application environment of the aluminum/zinc industry, the main research directions of molten aluminum/zinc-resistant materials were outlined.
