摘　　要：医院的发展是动态及多维的,要科学合理评价医院效率,关键是构建合理的投入-产出评价指标体系。本文系统梳理并归纳了近10年国内外相关研究文献构建的评价指标,筛选并构建了适宜的医院效率评价指标体系。The de velopment of the hospital is dynamical and multidimensional, and need a scoentific and reasonable evaluation. The key of evaluation is to build a reasonable input-output evaluation system. This paper systematically combed and summarized in nearly 10 years related literature on evaluation indexes at home and abroad, and screen and construct a suitable hospital efficiency evaluation system.
