体质量指数、转氨酶轻中度升高与他汀类药物肝脏安全性分析

摘　　要：目的评价分析他汀类药物对不同体质量指数及转氨酶轻中度升高的高脂血症患者肝脏安全性有无影响。方法入选于河南省人民医院首次诊断的高脂血症患者130人,根据体质量指数分为三组,即正常组、超重组、肥胖组,分别检测治疗前、治疗8周、24周时的血脂及肝脏转氨酶水平,比较不同体质量指数的高脂血症患者在他汀治疗时肝脏安全性,并观察他汀类药物对基线转氨酶轻中度升高者有无影响。结果治疗前超重患者转氨酶轻中度升高发生率高于较正常体质量指数患者(4.6%vs1.5%),不同体质量指数组间转氨酶升高比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),6个治疗前转氨酶轻度升高患者在治疗24周后恢复正常水平,另外有6个治疗前转氨酶正常患者在治疗24周后出现轻中度升高。结论临床常用剂量他汀类药物降脂治疗对肥胖及转氨酶轻中度升高的高脂血症患者肝脏功能无影响。Objective To compare the effect of different body mass index and transaminase mild - to - moderate increase on statin treatment for liver security. Methods One hundred and thirty hyperlipidemic patients were studied for 24 weeks in our hospital, those patients were divided into three groups, namely, normal, overweight, obese,, laborratory detected blood lipids,transaminase level at baseline and after 8,24 weeks of treatment, compare different body mass index of hypertipidemia during statin therapy in patients with liver security. And evaluate the statins to baseline increased transaminase mild - to - moderate presence of influence. Results At baseline, obese patients with transaminase mild - to -moderate increase more frequently than normal BMI patients （4. 6% vsl. 5% ）, there is no statistical significance in different BMI groups, six patients with transaminase mild - to - moderate increase at baseline had their liver enzyme normalized after 24 weeks treatment,furthermore, six patients with normal liver enzyme levels at baseline, abnormal levels at least one enzyme after 24 weeks of treatment. Conclusion Statins are safe drugs for the treatment of hyperlipidemia in obese patients as well as in those with mild- to- moderate increased enzymes.
