摘 要:通过乙二胺、甲醛、三氯化磷为原料,按照不同配比合成阻垢剂FFA、FFB、FFC和FFD。实验结果表明,这几种防垢剂对东辛油田现场污水阻垢效果良好。当FFA∶N3∶N4为1∶3∶6时,用有机物、无机物、活性剂和粘合剂复配,胶结粘合法制成的缓慢释放型固体阻垢剂,在水中具有较小的溶解或释放速度,并具有良好的阻垢效果,满足现场要求。Using ethylenediamine, formaldehyde, phosphorus trichloride as raw materials, four kinds of scale inhibitors FFA, FFB, FFC and FFD were synthesized with different ratio of raw materials. The experimental results showed that these scale inhibitors had good scale inhibition effect for Dongxin Oilfield wastewater. When the ratio of FFA, N3 and N4 is 1 : 3 : 6, it was compounded with organics, inorganies, active agents and adhesives to form a slow release type solid scale inhibitor using cement bonding method. This kind of scale inhibitor has smaller dissolution speed or release speed in water, and it has good scale inhibition effect to satisfy field requirements.
