摘　　要：加强学风建设是提高人才培养质量的重要举措。随着招生人数和生源质量的变化,正确面对学风建设中存在的问题,采取多种途径,齐抓共管,才能培养出更多高技能、高水平、高素质的复合型人才。To improve the quality of talent cultivation, enough importance should be attached to the work of strengthening study atmosphere construction. With the enrollment of students rising and the source of students becoming more complicated, we should face the problems in study atmosphere construction, and multi-approach is advised in this paper to help realize our goal to turn out interdisciplinary talents with high-skill and high-quality.
