制约承德市装备制造业发展的因素

摘　　要：装备制造业对一个国家或地区工业化水平具有引领作用,同时也是经济和科技总体实力的重要标志。对承德市装备制造业的现状进行调查研究,分析了承德市发展装备制造业的优势和制约因素,并在此基础上提出了适合承德装备制造业发展壮大的建设性意见。The leading role of equipment manufacturing industry of a country or a region is an important symbol of the overall strength of the economy, science and technology. The paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of equipment manufacturing industry in Chengde city, namely both the advantages and constraints, then puts forward some constructive suggestions.
