摘 要:考察了浸提时间,Na OH浓度,浸提温度对烟碱提取率的影响。实验结果表明:烟碱提取率随着浸提时间的增加,先是慢慢增加后又开始降低,浸提时间在4 h时浸提率最高;烟碱的提取率随着Na OH浓度的增加先是降低而后慢慢增加,当用0.8%Na OH溶液浸提效果最高;在70℃温度下,浸提效果较好。通过正交实验,用三元二次回归正交设计方法,得出烟碱提取率Y与Na OH浓度(X1)、浸提时间(X2)、浸提温度(X3)之间的回归方程。The effects of extraction time, concentration of NaOH and extraction temperature on the extraction yield of nicotine were investigated.The results showed that the extraction rate of nicotine with the increase of extraction time began to increase slowly, and then reduced, the highest extraction rate was 4 h.The extraction yield of nicotine increased with the increase of NaOH concentration decreased firstly and then slowly increased, and the best extraction effect was 0.8%NaOH solution.At 70 ℃, extraction effect was good.It was concluded that regression equation between the extraction yield of nicotine ( Y) and concentration of NaOH ( X1 ) , extraction time ( X2 ) , extraction temperature ( X3 ) through the orthogonal experiment and the ternary quadratic regression orthogonal design method.
