摘 要:核电厂在运行过程中会产生大量难以处理的放射性废树脂,目前我国在役核电厂对其采取暂存或水泥固化等增容处理方式,急需一种安全有效且二次污染小的高效减容技术。THORSM蒸汽重整技术由于其非高温反应、无液体废物、有机物无机化、废渣稳定等优势而被美国能源部采纳并应用达15年。通过追溯其技术原型,从其工艺原理和技术特点探讨了其处理放射性废树脂的可行性,为该项技术的引进或自主化研发提供有益的借鉴。A lot of radioactive spent resins would be generated during the running of the nuclear power station.At present in China’s nuclear power stations, the spent resins are disposed by temporary storage or cement solidification, so there is an urgent need for noticeable volume and mass reduction technology which is safe and effective.THORSM steam reforming technology has been used by DOE more than 15 years because of its moderate temperature, no liquid waste, mineralization and highly stable solid waste.The feasibility of steam reforming on radioactive spent resins treatment by tracing the prototypes, theory and features was discussed, in the hope of providing some references for technology import and independently development.
