摘  要:碱性过硫酸钾法测定总氮时,所使用的试剂碱性过硫酸钾对实验有较大影响,过硫酸钾或氢氧化钠中的含氮量过高时,会造成空白含氮量测定值过高,不同公司的过硫酸钾和氢氧化钠对含氮量的测定影响不同,本实验通过对含氮量的测定从而筛选出符合实验要求的过硫酸钾和氢氧化钠,使得空白吸光度值低于0.030,且标样测定合格。The effects of the potassium persulfate and sodium hydroxide products were evaluated from different companies in the experiment on the accuracy of total nitrogen in solution determined by persulfate oxidation methed.The nitrogen content in potassium persulfate or sodium hydroxide was too high, as the result, the blank value was too high. The determination of nitrogen content was able to select the appropriate potassium persulfate and sodium hydroxide, the suitable reagent had a lower blank absorbance(<0.030).Standard sample measurement result was satisfactory.
