摘  要:某厂加氢裂化装置在大检修后开工过程和运行阶段期间,循环氢压缩机K102第二级叶轮连续出现两次开裂,导致联锁停运,严重影响整个装置的运行,也对整个公司的物料平衡产生了极大的影响。所以我们针对此现象从压缩机叶轮的材质、制造工艺以及工艺气的腐蚀等方面影响进行了原因分析,并针对相关的原因做出了一系列相应的处理措施以及总结了很多宝贵的经验教训,为了解氯离子对压缩机叶轮腐蚀有了更深入的思考。During the construction process and operation stage after overhaul, circulating hydrogen compressor K102 secondary impeller in the hydrocracking unit broke into two cracks in a row, lead to interlock shut down and had influenced seriously in the operation of the entire unit, and it also had a great influence for the whole company's material balance.According to this phenomenon the cause was analyzed from the compressor impeller material, manufacturing process and process gas corrosion influence, and a series of corresponding processing were made for the cause of related measures.A lot of valuable lessons were summarized to have a in-depth understanding in the chlorine ion corrosion of compressor impeller.
