摘　　要：案例教学是课堂教学的重要组织形式。提高工程财务管理课程案例教学效果,教师要处理好教与学双方关系,把握案例教学的目的和本质,认识案例教学的互动特征,充分利用现有案例,合理实施教师与学生的有效互动。The case teaching method is one of the important means of university teaching. To promote the teaching effect of project financial management, teachers should deal with the relationship between teaching and learning, grasp the essence of case teaching mode, know the interactive feature of case teaching, make full use of present case, and reasonably carry out the effective interaction between teacher and students.
