摘　　要：微博影响着大学生的思维方式和行为方式。高校应建立健全高校职业指导机构和人员的微博集群,掌握职业指导微博运营的技术与方法,并与其它载体有机结合起来,完善其运行机制,同时防止碎片化以及虚假信息的干扰,将微博引入大学生职业指导教育。Micro-blog makes influence on the thinking mode and behavior way of students. Colleges and universities are supposed to establish and improve their own Micro-blog groups associated with career guidance institutions and personnel, make use of the technology and methods for the operation of the Miero-blog for career guidance, make perfect the operating mechanism in the good combination of other supporters, and make the Micro-blog accessible to the student career guidance for the avoidance of the information fragmentation and false information interference.
