摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医院培养高素质医学人才的重要手段和必经途径，临床和医学影像科住院医师在超声科规范化培训的目标不同。临床住院医师的培训目标是学习了解各种常见疾病的超声影像学表现，将临床表现和超声影像相结合，提高临床诊疗水平。医学影像科住院医师的培训目标更高、更严格，要求医师具备扎实的超声理论知识、熟练独立的操作和诊断能力，为临床提供可靠准确的超声诊断依据。因此，超声科规范化培训需要有针对性、有侧重点地设计个体化教学方案和教学方法，以提高教学效率和教学质量。The standardized resident training is an important and necessary way to cultivate high-quality medical talents. The goals between clinical and imaging residents in standardized training of ultrasound department are different. For clinical residents, the purpose is to understand the uhra- sound images of various common diseases, combine clinical manifestation with ultrasound images, and improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment. For imaging residents, the goal is much higher and stricter; they need to master solid ultrasonic knowledge, independent operational and diagnostic ability, in order to provide reliable and accurate ultrasonic diagnosis. We individually design the teaching plan and methods in ultrasound department, in order to improve teaching efficiency and quality.
