中西医结合治疗心肾阳虚型冠心病慢性心衰51例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗心肾阳虚型冠心病慢性心衰的临床疗效。方法:将102例本科室住院的心肾阳虚型冠心病慢性心衰患者随机分为两组,对照组51例给予西医常规心衰治疗,观察组51例在对照组的基础上加服中药汤剂(全真一气汤)治疗。结果:临床疗效总有效率对照组为84.3%,观察组为96.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医治疗心肾阳虚型冠心病慢性心衰效果更显著。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of heart-kidney Yang deficiency type coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods： Divided 102 patients hospitalized because of heart-kidney Yang deficiency type coronary heart disease （CHD） into two groups. 51 eases of the control group received conventional Western treatment of heart failure. 51 cases in treat- ment group took additional Chinese herbal soup （Quan Zhen yiqi soup）. Results： The total efficiency rate of clinical efficacy of control group reached 84.3%, while treatment group was 96.1%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The results showed combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of heart-kidncy Yang deficiency type coronary heart disease （CHD） is more pronounced.
