摘　　要：罗颂平教授擅长运用中医药治疗反复自然流产,认为先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿的病机为脾肾两虚,兼有血瘀,治疗中应注重培补脾肾,兼活血止血,强调结合疾病发展的不同阶段遣方用药,活血药物需选用三七、丹参等平和之品,且用量宜少,中病即止。Prof. LUO Song-ping is good at management of recurrent spontaneous abortion in Traditional Chinese medicine. In her opinion, threatened abortion combined with subchorionic hematoma arises from a dual deficiency of the spleen and kidney plus blood stasis. Accordingly, in clinical practice, emphasis should be laid on nourishment and tonification of the spleen and kidney as well as blood activation to stanch bleeding. Meanwhile, she also emphasizes the importance of choosing suitable formulas according to the development of disease. As for the drugs for promoting blood circulation, herbs that are neutral in nature such as Radix Notogiuseng, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae are chosen at a favorably low dose, and should be discontinued while symptoms improve.
