摘　　要：为了更好地应对OTT及IPTV的冲击,建设面向多终端的互动点播平台成为广电运营商的一条可行之路。智能机顶盒的发展和广电宽带的不断扩容为基于IP技术的互动点播平台建设和运营提供保障。以河北广电网络秦皇岛有限公司为例,描述了以安卓机顶盒和智能移动终端为载体,实现直播、回看、点播服务设计与实践过程。In order to better cope with the impact of OTI＂ and IPTV, interactive on-demand for multi-terminal platform becomes feasible way for radio and television operators. Intelligent set-top box development and continuous expansion of radio and television networks also provide protection for IP-based interactive on-demand platform for construction and operation. In this paper, Qin- huangdao Branch of Hebei Radio ＆ TV Network Group Co. ,Ltd. , for example, describes a set-top box and smart mobile terminal for the carrier to live, looking back, time shift TV design and practice.
