摘　　要：关注乡村医生私有化行医的昌兴与衰落,主张在乡村恢复私有化行医模式。调研发现,乡村卫生一体化分离了乡村医生的技术与资本,其行医动力严重受挫,服务功能严重下降,乡村医生不断流失,导致了村民看病难与看病贵的问题。私有化行医并不是简单的回归,而应是乡村医生重新获取自我雇佣的生产资料;在乡村实施"以药养医";所有村医都可以使用新农合基金;建立守护农民健康的守门人制度。By focusing on the prosperity and decline of private medical practice of rural doctors, this paper advocates the recovery of private medical practice mode in rural areas. The study found that the separation of technology and capital in the integrated management of rural health services has hold back the motivation of rural doctors to practice private medical care services, which results in a seriously decline of rural health. Furthermore, the continually loss of rural doctors leads to the unaccessible and unaffordable health care for rural residents. However, the recurrence of private medical practice of rural doctors is not a simple restoration. Instead, it is a process for rural doctors to acquire self-employed production. In conclusion, the authors argued that implement the policy of subsidization of medical services using profits from medicine sales will ensure rural doctors use the new rural cooperative medical fund; and the health gatekeeper system should be built.
