摘  要:结合某采暖系统中能量回收涡轮的设计,基于三元流动理论,设计出一种水力性能较高的管道涡轮;并采用数值计算方法,分析了流量、转速等对涡轮外特性的影响;最后将设计的涡轮在试验台上进行试验,获得了转速、输出功率与流量的关系曲线。数值计算和试验结果表明:所设计的涡轮满足设计要求。同时发现,涡轮的流量和轴功率。Combined with water turbine design of energy recover device for backwater pipe of heating system, a turbine of high hydraulic performance is designed, based on three-dimensional flow theory. Effect of flow and rotation rate for external characteristic of turbine are analyzed through the numerical method. The hydraulic performance is tested on turbine test beds. The relationship between rotation rate and flow is confirmed, and the relationship between power and flow is analyzed. The results show that the turbine performance satisfied the design requirements. According to the numerical simulation, the linear relationship between power and flow is discovered, and the linear relationship between pressure differences and flow is discovered.
