摘 要:针对任意齿差滚动活齿传动机构不同几何形状和运动方式,综合凸轮机构学,运用活齿啮合基本理论,建立表征各类活齿运动规律特点的解析式,推导出统一的齿廓方程,最终建立压力角解析表达式模型。通过仿真分析,得到不同齿形滚动活齿传动机构压力角的变化规律,获取齿形参数对机构压力角的影响关系,确定齿形参数区域,使活齿传动机构的压力角达到理想值,获得最大传动效率。计算方法与分析结果可用以指导任意齿差滚动活齿传动的齿形参数优选和结构设计。In view of the different geometrical shapes and motion forms, based on the cam theory and fundamental principle of rolling tooth drive, analytic formula of tooth movement characteristics is established. Tooth profile unified equation of different types is deduced, and the pressure angle analytic formula is also de- rived. Through simulation analysis, the changing law of different tooth profiles is obtained, and the in- fluencing relationships of tooth parameters on the pressure angle is given. Tooth profile parameter regions to get better pressure angle are given, that lead to ideal pressure angle and maximum efficiency of mova- ble teeth transmission. The calculation methods and analytical results can guide the parameter selective preference and structure design of any tooth - difference rolling movable tooth transmission.
