摘　　要：在研究假废品问题方面与以往研究者不同点在于,以方便操作工判断加工件是否为假废品为目的,研究实测法的计算公式,并将公式的计算转化为数据表,使操作工在实际工作中针对加工件的实际参数值查表,很快就能判断出加工件是否为假废品。涉及的算法既保证封闭环的精度要求,又不压缩其他组成环的公差,追求被换算的工序尺寸具有尽可能大的公差范围。尤其对封闭环精度要求高时,意义更为突出。The difference is that in the past, researchers studies leave waste issues, from the convenience of the op- erator to determine whether the workpiece is false waste for the purpose of research measurement method of calculation formula, and the formula for calculating the conversion of data tables, so that operatives in actual work values for the actual parameters of the workpiece table look - up, and soon will be able to determine whether the workpiece is false rejects.
