摘　　要：弧齿锥齿轮具有设计加工参数复杂的特点,在对弧齿锥齿轮高速干切削技术参数进行搜集和评价的基础上,基于Microsoft SQL Server 2008数据库开发平台建立了弧齿锥齿轮高速干切削机床、刀具、夹具、工件、加工参数的数据库,利用Visual Basic 6.0开发了应用程序,并实现了数据库的查询、添加、修改、删除等基本操作功能。使用该数据库系统,可快速获取弧齿锥齿轮加工所需的各项技术参数,对提高切削效率和加工质量,降低加工成本起到很大的促进作用。The spiral bevel gear have the characteristics of design and processing parameters complexity.On the basis of a lot of high speed dry cutting technology parameters of the spiral bevel gear are collected and evaluated,based on the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database development platform,the high speed dry cutting technology parameters database for spiral bevel gear is established and these parameters included machine tool,cutting tool,fixture,workpiece,and machining. The application program of database is developed based on Visual Basic 6. 0,and the basic functions of the database,such as query,add,modify,delete are realized.The spiral bevel gear processing required technical parameters can be rapidly obtained by this database system.It will play a significant role to improve the cutting efficiency and the machining quality,and reduce the processing cost.
