摘 要:为了编制风力发电机齿轮传动系统动态特性和疲劳寿命试验载荷谱,在模拟真实风速的基础上,基于空气动力学原理求得作用在传动系统的外部随机风载荷,采用雨流计数法和数理统计方法对风电传动系统的输入风载荷数据进行统计分析,基于波动中心法得到载荷的大小与出现频次之间的关系及概率分布,编制适合风电传动系统试验加载用的八级载荷谱,将实际风速的随机性与试验室台架试验结合起来,使试验结果更加符合实际,为准确评价风电齿轮传动系统动态特性和疲劳可靠性试验奠定基础。In order to compile the load spectrum for dynamic characteristic and fatigue life test of wind turbine gear transmission system,the external random wind load is obtained on the basis of simulating reality wind speed and aerodynamics theory,and by using the rain- flow counting method and mathematical statistics method,the statistic and analysis of the input random wind load data is carried out. The relationship between the magnitude and the occurrence frequency of load and the probability distribution are obtained based on the fluctuation center method,and the eight levels test load spectrum for wind turbine transmission system is compiled.The randomness of wind speed and the bench testing are combined to make the results more in line with the actual,and a test foundation for precisely evaluate the dynamic characteristic and fatigue reliability of gear transmission system of wind turbine is provided.
