对当今榜样教育实效性的思考

摘　　要：榜样教育作为思想政治教育的优良传统和重要方法,既是一种教育方法,又是一种教育实践活动。榜样不真实、结构单一、"双主体"缺失、宣传机制不完善、践行活动组织不力、权益保障机制不完善等,是当前榜样教育存在的主要问题。提高榜样教育的实效性,需要采取以下对策:(1)实现榜样的真实化和结构的多样化;(2)尊重受教育者的主体性和个性差异;(3)完善宣传机制;(4)积极组织有针对性的实践活动;(5)完善权益保障机制。As a good tradition and an important method for ideological and political education, model education is both an education method and an educational practice. There are some problems in current model education such as false models, single structure, lack of ＂double subject＂, imperfect propaganda system, poorly organized practice activities, imperfect guarantee system for rights and interests, and so on. In order to improve the effect of model education, we should take the following measures, including, realizing the authenticity of models as well as the diversification of model structures, respecting the differences between educatees＇ subjectivity and individuality, perfecting propaganda system, organizing practice with definite aims, and perfecting guarantee system for rights and interests.
