内蒙古牧区夏季肉羊圈舍环境参数测定及其对肉羊育肥和生理指标影响

摘　　要：为研究探讨夏季牧区肉羊圈舍内环境参数变化对肉羊育肥效果及生理指标的影响,笔者自2014年7月27日始,在内蒙古海拉尔市谢尔塔拉农牧场种羊场,对封闭式轻钢结构羊舍内外环境参数及肉羊生理指标和育肥效果进行测定。结果表明:在自然通风换气条件下,舍内平均温度比舍外环境高3.0℃。高温时段为每日14∶00,舍内温度达到33.3±4.4℃,比环境温度高5.6℃。低温时段在凌晨2∶00,舍内温度比环境温度高3.6℃。舍内温度及湿度变化趋势与舍外环境温度、湿度变化相同。舍内空气中CO2平均含量1 086±204 mg/m3,NH3及H2S未检测出,空气质量达到T388要求。夏季舍内温、湿度变化对育肥肉羊体温、脉搏等生理指标没有影响,但呼吸次数有所增加。育肥羊平均日增重207 g,料重比5.85∶1,扣除饲草料费用,每只肉羊期内增重平均收入63.5元。In order to study the impacts of sheepcot environment parameters on fattening effect and physiological indexes of mutton sheep in summer in pastoral areas, the inner environment parameters and fattening effect and physiological indexes of mutton sheep fed in closed sheepcot with color - coated steel were measured in Xiertala farms of Hailar in Hulun Buir City from July 27,2014. The results showed that under the natural ventilation conditions, the average temperature of inner environment was 3.0℃ higher than that of outside. The highest temperature appeared at 14： 00. The inner temperature reached 33.3 ± 4.4℃, which was 5.6℃ higher than that of outside. The lowest temperature appeared at 2： 00. The inner temperature was 3.6℃ higher than that of outside. The variation trends of inner temperature and humidity were same with those of outside. The average inner CO2 content was 1 086 -204 mg/m^3. NH3 and H2S were not detected out. The air quality met the requirements of T388 standard. The changes of temperature and humidity made no different influences to body temperature and pulse of fattening sheep, but the respiratory frequency increased. The average daily gain was 207 g.The ratio of feed to weight gain was 5.85： 1. The income （deducting feed cost） was 63.5 yuan per head.
