心理疗法联合扶正祛邪中药对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的影响

摘　　要：目的观察心理疗法联合扶正祛邪中药对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的作用。方法将66例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各33例。2组均应用相同化疗方案,治疗组在此基础上予心理疗法联合扶正祛邪中药汤剂,对照组进行对症治疗。4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察2组近期疗效、生活质量及不良反应。结果治疗组近期疗效总有效率(51.5%)高于本组治疗前及对照组治疗后(36.4%,P<0.05);治疗组治疗后患者生活质量方面躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能及总体健康状况评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应严重程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理疗法联合扶正祛邪中药治疗有助于提高非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的疗效,减轻患者不良反应。Objective To observe the effects of psychotherapy combined with Fuzheng - quxie decoction on chemotherapy patients with non - small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods 66 NSCLC patients were randomly divided into two groups ,33 patients in each groups. Patients in two groups were treated by the same chemotherapy regimen, and on this basis, patients in treatment group were treated by psychotherapy combined with Fuzheng - quxie decoction, patients in control group were treated by symptomatic treatment. The course was four weeks. The objective effect, quality of life and adverse effect were observed after two courses. Results For the short - term effect, the total effective rate in treatment group （51.5%） was superior to that in control group （36.4% ,P 〈0.05）. The scores of physical function, role function, emotional function, social function and general health in treatment group were superior to those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The severity of adyerse effect in treatment group was obviously lower than that in control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combined therapy of psychotherapy and Fuzheng - quxie decoction contrib- ute to get better effects on chemotherapy in NSCLC patients,alleviate the adverse effect of chemotherapy.
