摘　　要：目的观察疏血通注射液对脓毒症休克患者肝功能及预后的影响及临床疗效。方法将80例脓毒症休克患者随机分为2组。对照组40例予积极的液体复苏、抗感染、保肝等常规治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加用疏血通注射液。2组均治疗7 d。观察治疗前后肝功能指标[乳酸(LAC)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)]、急性生理功能和慢性健康状态评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分、血管活性药物总用量(多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺及去甲肾上腺素)及28 d病死率。结果 2组治疗后LAC、AST、ALT与本组治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺、去甲肾上腺素用量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组28 d病死率(40.0%)低于对照组(60.0%,P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液可改善脓毒症休克患者肝功能,降低患者死亡率。Objective To observe the influence and curative effect of Shuxuetong injection on liver function in patients with septic shock. Methods 80 patients with septic shock were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in control group were treated by routine treatment such as aggressive fluid resuscitation （ AFR）, anti - inflammation and liver protection. 40 patients in treatment group were treated by Shuxuetong injection on the basis of control group treatment. The course was 7 days in two groups. The values of lactic acid （LAC）, alanine＇ aminotransferase （ALT） and aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, and the scores of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ（APACHE Ⅱ ） before and after treatment were observed in two groups, as well as the dosage of vasoactive drugs and 28 days mortality. Results The levels of LAC, AST and ALT after treatment were decreased in two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the decrease in treatment was superior to that in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The dosage of dopamine, dobutamine and norepinephrine in treatment group were obviously lower than those in control group P 〈 0.05 ）. The 28 d mortality in treatment group （40.0%） was superior to that in control group（60.0%, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection can improve the liver function in patients with septic shock, reduce the mortality of patients.
