摘  要:为了探讨不同温度的骤变对黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)种子生理活性的影响,将黄瓜种子置于适宜条件下萌发,然后用不同温度(4、25、32℃,以18℃为对照CK)处理种子,随后继续培养,测量幼苗的生长状况与各种处理后细胞内含物的含量变化。结果表明:黄瓜种子在不同温度骤变处理后生长能力与生理活性存在明显差异。经过低温处理的幼苗具有较好的抗逆性,其发芽率、生长势、蛋白质含量、DNA含量相对较高,但叶绿素含量相对较低;经高温处理,种皮脱落表现出较高活力,幼苗各类内含物含量明显降低。In order to explore effect of different temperature change on the physiological activity of cucumber seed, after the seeds germinated,treat with different temperatures(4,25,32℃ and CK 18℃ ),and cultivate under appropriate conditions,the growth status of seed and the content of the inclusions were compared. The results showed that the growth ability and physiological activity of cucumber seeds after temperature shock treatment had obvious differences. After low temperature treatment seedlings had better resistance, survival, growth,weight, protein content, DNA content, but the relatively low levels of chlorophyll. Seedlings treated with high temperature showed higher activity in the shedding process of seed coat. Levels of inclusions were significantly lower.
