摘　　要：分析居住区位选择影响因素是居住区位研究的主要内容之一,通过研究影响因素可以有效提高城市居住区位的资源配置效率,使住宅开发与居民需求相吻合。对影响居民居住区位选择的微观因素进行综述,将影响因素归纳为:房价、交通、环境、就业可达性、工作地、家庭生命周期、居民社会属性和收入。总结了影响因素和居民实际选择之间的关系。Analysis on the influencing factors of city residential location choice is one of the main contents of residential location research,through the study can effectively improve resource allocation of city residential location and conform residential development to the needs of residents. The micro-factors influencing residential lo- cation choice were summarized, including housing price, transportation, environment, employment accessibility, workplace, family life cycle, social attributes of residents and income. The relationship between the influencing factors and the practical choice of residents was summarized.
