摘　　要：B细胞中存在对免疫应答具有负向调节作用的调节性B细胞(Bregs)。Bregs具有抗原特异性并可通过白细胞介素10(IL-10)显著影响T细胞的活性和其介导的炎症反应。而B10细胞所产生的IL-10是B细胞产生IL-10的主要来源。因此,B10细胞在炎症、自身免疫病、肿瘤等疾病的发生发展过程中均有重要的免疫调节作用。B10细胞的表型和功能上的研究将是免疫学领域中的重要的进步。Regulatory B cells（ Bregs） ,a population of B cells,are considered to have the negative regu-latory function on immune responses.Bregs is Ag-specific and significantly influences T cell activation and inflammatory responses through IL-10 production.The IL-10 produced by B10 cells are the main source of IL-10 produced by B cells.Therefore,B10 cells play an important role in the development of some diseases as inflammatory diseases,autoimmune disease and tumor etc.The phenotypic and functional characterization of B10 cells will be an important advance in the immunology field .
