重症医学科中严重创伤患者隐匿伤诊断进展

摘　　要：多种致伤因素作用于人体的不同部位,进而产生一系列病理生理变化,使创伤更加复杂。严重创伤患者多因合并重要器官损伤而出现漏诊。不同部位的漏诊可对患者产生不同程度的影响。其发生可见于治疗过程的各个阶段。特别是ICU内此类患者因其自身常伴发意识障碍或应用镇静治疗而显得尤为重要。相关文献报道了漏诊发生的原因,表明采取相应措施可减少漏诊发生。Multi-wound factors act on different parts,causing a series of pathophysiological changes,and make the trauma more complicated.Severe trauma patients are always missed diagnoszed because complicated organ injuries.The missed diagnosis of different organs has different degrees of influence on the patients.It could exist in each phase of the treatment,which is especially important to patients in ICU because of disor-der of consciousness or sedation.Related literature has reported the reasons of missed diagnosis and indicated that taking corresponding measure may reduce the incidence of missed diagnosis.
