淮河生态经济带产业协同发展研究

摘　　要：根据协同发展等理论,产业协同发展体系包括区域内产业部门和区域间产业空间的协同发展.选取构建中的淮河生态经济带主要节点区域的相关经济发展数据,运用产业发展协同程度、协同发展成熟度、产业联系强度、区位熵等指标对该经济带产业协同发展现状特征进行测度与分析.结果表明,经济发展水平较低、缺乏高层级战略支持,产业同构现象明显、产业链协同能力不足,轴线发展不平衡、缺乏带动经济带发展的增长极等突出问题制约了淮河生态经济带产业协同发展,并从体制和政策等方面提出了对策建议.According to the theory of collaborative development, the system of industrial synergy development has two parts, the intra-regional department and the inter-regional department. Based on the related economic data of five cities in Huaihe River Eco-economic Zone from 2009 to 2013, an index system is established to measure and ana- lyse the status, feature and mechanism of the regional industry collaborative development with the synergy degree, industry development maturity, industrial relation intensity, correlation coefficient analysis and so on. The results prove that the development of region in the Zone is limited by some factors, such as low-level economic growth, lack of the high-level strategic support, homogeneity of the industrial structure, the insufficient of industrial chain＇s col- laborative capacity, the unbalance of axis development and absence of growth pole. Finally, some suggestions are put forward about it.
