摘 要:目的:比较任脉线上不同穴位点的导热特性有无差异。方法:利用红外成像技术,分别在任脉上的神阙、中脘和膻中施加热灸,观察不同穴位点的热传导特性。结果:(1)任脉上的神阙、中脘和膻中施加热灸均能诱发出循经红外辐射轨迹(IRRTM),加热后任脉线上IRRTM的皮温高于两侧皮肤的温度,形成高温带。(2)任脉线上不同穴位的热学特性不同,在神阙穴加热,IRRTM的全程诱发率为92.6%,中脘穴为84.2%,膻中穴为41.7%,其中膻中与其它两个穴位差异显著(P<0.05)。(3)加热神阙穴后,任脉线的平均温度与加热中脘穴有显著差异(P<0.05),任脉线的最低温度与加热膻中穴有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:热灸任脉上穴位点,热会沿任脉线特异性扩散,神阙穴的热效应较中脘穴和膻中穴好,导热性更强。Objective: To compare the thermal characteristics on different acupoints of conception vessel ( CV ). Methods : Applying heat moxibustion on Shenque ( CV8 ), Zhongwan ( CV12 ) and Danzhong ( CV17 )respectively, observe the heat transfer characteristics of different acupuncture points, recorded with advanced infrared thermal imaging technology. Results : ( 1 ) Applying heat moxibustion on Shenque ( CV8 ), Zhongwan ( CV12 ) and Shanzhong ( CV17 ) can elicited the infrared radiant track along meridian course ( IRRTM ) over human body surface respectively, the temperature of CV IRRTM is higher than the temperature of the skin on both sides, presented with high temperature zone. ( 2 ) Thermal characteristics are different from different acupoints of CV, the inducing rate of IRRTM were 92.6%, 84.2% and 41.7% after heating moxibustion CV8, CV12 and CV17 respectively, difference of CV17 and the other two points was significant ( P〈0.05 ). ( 3 ) the average temperature of CV were significantly different (/9〈0.05 ) between heating moxibustion CV8 and heating CV12. Minimum temperature of CV were significantly different ( P〈0.01 ) between heating moxibustion CV8 and heating CV17. Conclusion : Applying heat moxibustion on different aeupoints of CV, heat will spread along specific lines of CV, CV8 has better Thermal effects and stronger thermal conductivity than CV12 and CV17.
