摘　　要：目的:优选肠尔舒结肠定位释药胶囊中黄柏、黄连提取工艺。方法:以出固率和盐酸小檗碱的得率为指标,单因素试验考察乙醇回流提取法、水煎煮提取法、渗漉提取法对黄柏、黄连提取效率的影响;选取乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取次数、提取时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优选肠尔舒结肠定位释药胶囊中黄柏、黄连提取工艺。结果:选择乙醇回流法进行提取,最佳提取工艺为8倍量50%乙醇回流提取3次,每次2 h。结论:该优选工艺稳定可靠、重复性良好,为肠尔舒结肠定位释药胶囊中有效成分的提取提供试验依据。Objective ： To optimize the extraction process of Phellodendri ehinensis Cortex and Coptidis Rhizoma in Changershu colonic release capsules. Methods ： Take the contents of matrine and the yield of berberine hyrdrochloride as assessment index, single factor test was used to choose extraction method, including water boiling method.ethanol reflux method and ethanol percolation method ; Select the volume fraction of ethanol, amount of ethanol, extraction times and extraction time as the investigated factor. Using the orthogonal experimental design to select the extraction process of Phellodendri chinensis Cortex and Coptidis Rhizoma for Changershu colonic release capsules. Results ： Choose ethanol extraction method, and the optimal extraction is that alcohol extracting for 3 times and 2 hours each time with 8 times 50% alcohol. Conclusions ： The results show that the process of the preparation is reasonable, the product quality is stable and provide the experimental basis for the active ingredients of Changershu colonic release capsules.
