温针灸治疗脾虚湿阻型肥胖并发高脂血症患者疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察温针对脾虚湿阻型肥胖并发高脂血症患者的干预效应,并分析影响疗效的因素。方法:选择脾虚湿阻型肥胖并发高脂血症患者200例,依照中医辨证施治基本理论,采用温针灸施治,观察治疗3个月前后患者肥胖指标、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平的变化和疗效。结果:温针灸治疗后患者均取得了较好的减肥、降脂疗效,肥胖指标及脂质指标——TC、TG、LDL-C水平均明显回降,HDL-C水平却明显回升。年龄、肥胖度等均影响疗效,年龄越小、疗效越好,随着年龄的增长疗效减弱;肥胖度越小疗效越好,肥胖度越大疗效稍差;在发病因素与疗效的关系中,多食少动和情志因素引起者疗效最好,总有效率达100%;遗传因素及生育因素引起者疗效稍差,总有效率分别为79.79%、83.33%。结论:温针灸治疗脾虚湿阻型肥胖并发高脂血症有良好疗效,患者年龄、肥胖度及病因诱因等均可影响疗效。Objective：To observe the intervene effect of warm acupuncture treatment for obesity complicated with hyperlipidaemia patients with spleen insufficiency with damp retention type, and analyze the factors which influence therapeutic effect. Methods： Choose 200 patients with obesity complicated with hyperlipidaemia on spleen insufficiency with damp retention, according to the fundament of Chinese medicine treatment, using warm acupuncture to treat them. The changes in obesity index, total cholesterol （ TC ）, triglyceride （ TG ）, low density lipoprotein （ LDL-C ）, high density lipoprotein （ HDL-C ） in patients were observed before the treatment and 3 months after treatment. Results ： After treatment, patients all obtained promising effect in reducing weight and lowering lipid. The obesity index, TC, TG, LDL-C significantly decreased, while HDL-C significantly increased. There was significant negative correlation between age and effect, the younger the age, the better the effect. There was significant negative correlation between obesity degree and effect, the less the obesity degree, the better the effect. The best therapeutic effect was caused by the sedentary lifestyle and emotion factor, the total effective rate were 100%; the less therapeutic effect was caused by genetic factors and reproductive factors, the total effective rate were 79.79%, 83.33%. Conclusion ： Warm acupuncture treatment for obesity complicated with hyperlipidaemia patients with spleen insufficiency with damp retention type has a good therapeutic effect. The patients＇ ages, obesity degree, pathogenesis and effect is closely related.
