摘　　要：目的:介绍透皮给药系统中促进药物透皮吸收的一些方法。方法:查阅国内外相关文献,对透皮给药系统的促渗透方法进行了归纳分析。结果:药物促渗透方法是透皮给药制剂研制的关键。结论:随着新方法和新技术的不断涌现,透皮给药制剂可望在治疗领域发挥重要的作用。Objective： To introduce the methods of promoting drug transdermal absorption in the transdermal drug delivery system. Methods ： We researched the related literature at home and abroad, inductive analysis enhance-penetrating method for transdermal drug delivery system. Results ： The drug enhance-penetrating method is the key of transdermal drug delivery preparation developed. Conclusion ： with the new method and new technology constantly emerging, transdermal drug delivery preparation is expected to play an important role in the field of treatment.
