摘　　要：五加皮(Cortex Acanthopanacis)是细柱五加(Acanthopanax gracilistylus W.W.Smith.)的干燥根皮。该文对五加皮药材基原、化学成分及药理作用研究进展进行了综述,并进行小结与展望,确定五加皮今后的研究方向应放在化学成分的深入系统研究、弄清五加皮传统疗效的药效物质基础和建立五加皮质量标准等方面,为五加皮及细柱五加的进一步研究提供科学依据。Cortex Acanthopanacis is dried root bark of Acanthopanax gracilistylus W. W. Smith.In this paper, the original base, chemical components and pharmacological effect of Cortex Acanthopa nacis were reviewed, and summary and outlook were also carried on, and future research of Cortex Acanthopanacis should be systematic further research of chemical composition and finding out the traditional medicinal material base and setting up quality standards, thus providing a scientific basis for further research of Ccrtex Acanthopanacis and Acanthopanax gracilistylus W. W. Smith.
